Towhid earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Jagannath University in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. He then received an MBA from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. He started his IT career in 2010 as a Junior SQL Database Administrator with Samuels Jewelers Inc. In 2012 he achieved an elevated position as a Mid Level SQL Server DBA with Sprint. He continued to expand his knowledge in this field and moved into another opportunity with UPS in 2014. Since 2016, Towhid has been working for XTIVIA Inc., helping numerous clients and in many different fields of SQL Database Administration.
