Silver level is perfect for those situations where your database system is only needed during business hours (relative to your time zone). We make sure your system is running and tuned properly while your business needs it - during your most critical business hours.

 

8:30AM to 5:30PM

  • System Status Monitoring (Up/Down) "System heartbeat" and Xtivia connectivity checked every 15 minutes.
  • Collect Performance and Resource Metrics

  • Notification When Potential System Availability Issue Discovered

  • Scan System Log Files Daily
  • Verify Completion of Backups (as indicated in log files
  • Weekly/Monthly Reports on Case Activity and System Resources
  • Access to Virtual-DBA Client Web Portal for Case Tracking
  • Access to Virtual-DBA Client Portal for Metrics Reports
  • Weekly/Monthly Status Phone Call with Your DBA Support Professional
  • 4 System Support Hours Included with Service Monthly Per Supported Instance
