Go with Gold if your database system is critical during business hours and also must be available 24x7

Virtual-DBAs Gold Service plan is perfect if database access during business hours is non-negotiable, but you also require 24x7 availability. We make sure your system is running and tuned properly during critical business hours − relative to your time zone − and we’re on call to help ensure availability around the clock.

Our Gold Service plan provides the following services from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

  • System status monitoring, (up/down) "System heartbeat" every 5 minutes
  • Connectivity verified to Xtivia Virtual-DBA servers every 15 minutes
  • Performance and resource metrics collection
  • Automatic threshold comparison of collected metrics
  • Notification When Potential System Availability Issue Discovered
  • Notification When Potential System Performance Issue Discovered
  • Notification When Potential System Resource Issue Discovered (disk/memory)
  • Access to your DBA support professionals
  • DBA Support Professionals Observing Your System

As required, our Gold Service plan provides the following services

  • Daily system log files scan
  • Verification of backups (as indicated in log files)
  • Access to Virtual-DBA Client Web Portal for case tracking (see note above)
  • Access to Virtual-DBA Client Web Portal for metrics reports
  • Default of 72 system support hours each year with service
  • One time on-site installation and performance, environment and business policy review

With our Gold plan, you also have 24x7x365 access to your DBA support professionals
