3. Offer is not valid on recruiting services.
4. IIUG 2009 service discount offer and referral gift card offer cannot be used in conjunction with one another or any other Xtivia discount or promotion.

Terms for the gift card offer:

1. Offer valid for IIUG members as of the 2009 IIUG conference, from May 1 2009 through December 31 2009. Proof of IIUG membership may be required.

3. First Xtivia invoice of new client must be paid before gift card is issued
4. Only first registration of each specific opportunity will be honored; subsequent duplicate registrations of opportunities by any individuals or groups will not be honored.
